CRNZ Event update- September 2021

Due to the uncertainty we are facing with Covid levels we have made the following decisions regarding the upcoming CRNZ events.
We hope to be able to offer racing opportunities to as many of our membership as possible working within the government, timing and local authority parameters we must operate within.

Kayak Krazy 10km National Championships will be rescheduled to Saturday 6th November.  All other details will remain the same.

Blue Lake 1 will remain at its current date of 16-17 October.
We will run the event  if most of the country is at level 1.  A decision about whether Auckland can attend will be made closer to the time based on levels in the region.

South Island Canoe Sprint Championships will remain at its current date of 2-3 October and will be run at level 1 or 2 following government covid regulations.   The Rowing Centre accommodation and dining will only be open to SI paddlers at level 2, but may open up to others at level 1.   This is going to be run on a divisional basis so entrants will need to submit their 200m time to be allocated a division.
