This is the final race in the Kayak Krazy 10km series and is also the national 10km champs.

NOTE:   If Boyes Beach (Lake Okareka) is flooded we will relocate to Lake Tikitapu (Blue Lake)

Held at clubs around the country, this series has races for all ages and abilities. You can track your points and progress against other paddlers.

Each race accumulates points per below. To be eligible to win the SERIES you must race TWO races PLUS the Champs (Double points for the Champs).  All paddlers who attend the Champs are eligible for spot prizes but you must have completed two series races plus the champs to be eligible for the top prize (TBC).

The Champs will be held on Lake Okareka and winners will earn a national title and medal.  Racing will allow for Tyros (2.5km), Juniors U14 & U16 (5km) and Seniors U18+ (10km).  Medals will be awarded to each age group: Tyros (U12), U14, U16, U18, Open, Masters and Multicraft division.  The multi craft division (skis, multi, etc) will be split into U18 and Open only.   Masters age groups will be split into 35-44, 45-54 and 55+ if there is a minimum of 3 entered into each age group.  Otherwise they will be combined.

Individual entries can be sent direct to karen.simpson@canoeracing.org.nz  using  this form or club entries can be processed online until midnight Thursday 27 August.

Entry Fees:   U16 age group and below $20.00,        U18 age group and above $25.00
