Whatever your interest or experience in paddle sports, there is something at Arawa for you.

Arawa is the largest Kayak club in New Zealand. Located next to the Avon River and central to all areas of Christchurch, the club caters for multisport and flat water kayaking. We run beginner and intermediate sessions as well as more advanced technique coaching. Thursday night ‘Weedcatchers’ is aimed at those training for both multisport and flatwater races. 

With great facilities, club kayaks and boat storage available, Arawa is a great club to find training buddies, llearn from others and compete in a range of club events.
