Canoe Racing NZ are seeking two (2) Performance Coaches to join our High Performance team.
CRNZ PERFORMANCE COACH – location: Auckland (Performance # – 01)
CRNZ PERFORMANCE COACH – location: Cambridge or TBD (Performance # – 02)
The kaupapa of CRNZ’s performance program is pursuing our excellence together. Our program values and seeks to promote courage, accountability, humility, and mana.
Reporting to the General Manager of Performance, the Performance Coaches are accountable for the development of CRNZ member athletes capable of achieving excellent performances while contributing to the physical, psychological and social development of each athlete entrusted under his/her care.
