The 2020 Vaikobi Auckland King and Queen of the Harbour will be brought to you by the Takapuna Boating Club on Saturday 5th December.
This is New Zealand’s premier ocean ski event and also features SUP and Waka-Ama categories.
There are three long course options (18-23km) all finishing at Takapuna, designed to provide the best downwind run as well as allow paddlers to experience the beautiful scenery and clean paddling waters that Auckland Harbour has to offer. The final course selection will be made on Wednesday 2nd December.
There is also a short course (6km) and a kids event held at Takapuna Beach.
The Auckland King and Queen of the Harbour will be the first event of the Darcy Price 2020-21 NZ Ocean racing series.
