2022 World Cup Team Announcement

Canoe Racing New Zealand are proud to announce the following 13 athletes who have been selected to represent Aotearoa for World Cup 1 in Racice, Czech Republic (20-22 May) and World Cup 2 in Poznan, Poland (26-29 May).

This will be the first time CRNZ has sent a World Cup team since the 2019 International season. We are excited to field a team with a mixture of youth and experience.

Our team includes four of our 2020 Olympians, including 5 x Olympic Champion, Lisa Carrington.

Congratulations to all these paddlers and we look forward to seeing what our resilient athletes can achieve on the World stage after having to wait for just under three years to perform due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
