- Lead all aspects of event management from development through to execution, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for participants and attendees.
- Create and deliver strategically aligned, engaging, and well-organized events that strengthen Canoe Racing’s reputation for excellence.
- Ensure financial sustainability, managing budgets, event fees, and funding opportunities to support long-term growth and success.
Location: Cambridge, Waikato or Rosedale, Auckland; preferred but not essential.
