The 2025 ICF Junior & U23 Canoe Sprint World Championships in Montemor-O-Velho , Portugal get underway on Wednesday at 6.30pm NZT and our young NZ athletes are pumped to get into the action.
The event runs from Wednesday 23 July to Sunday 27th July. The NZ team have some experienced international racers as well as fresh faces at their first World Championship event. We know they will represent the country and their clubs admirably and learn heaps along the way and we can’t wait to watch them on the international stage!
