Canoe Racing New Zealand (CRNZ) is the national sports organisation (NSO) responsible for flatwater and ocean kayaking in New Zealand. Our strategic objectives are:

About the Role
We are seeking a part-time Performance Pathway Coach to play a key role in developing CRNZ pathway athletes. Reporting to the General Manager of Performance, this coach will be responsible for fostering athlete growth and preparing them for high performance success while ensuring their physical, psychological, and social development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and develop pathway athletes in alignment with CRNZ’s performance strategy.
- Support athletes in maintaining strong connections with their club environments and club coaches.
- Contribute to a high performance culture by fostering a supportive and development-focused environment.
