What is Paracanoe?

 Scott and Leigh.jpgParacanoe is the international canoe competition structure for people with physical disabilities.   From 2016 Paracanoe sprint events will be included in the Paralympics in the 200m kayak (K1) and 200m Va’a (V1) *Va’a is the term used for a traditional Tahitian rudderless outrigger Canoe (known in New Zealand as Waka Ama).

Why  not have a go?   We are running a "have a go day"on Hamilton Lake on Sunday 11 November.  See the flyer below for more details.
