High Performance Advisory Group

The High Performance Advisory Group (“Group”) has been formed in accordance with the High Performance Advisory Group Canoe Sprint Open/U23/Junior Athletes Terms of Reference effective from 1 September 2012.

The Group has responsibilities as follows:
1. To include athletes in high performance squads;

2. Provide recommendations to the Board for Selection Panel members including selecting a member of the Group for the Selection Panel Canoe Sprint for Junior athletes.

3. To provide the High Performance Manager with input on achieving the high performance vision, purpose and values, performance measures, a development plan for high performance coaches and high performance resources required.
In accordance with clauses 2.1 and 2.2 the High Performance Manager has appointed members to the Group as follows:
