BOARD APPOINTMENT TO FILL VACANCY

Unfortunately Darcy Price has recently tendered his resignation as an elected Board member due to his work commitments.

The Canoe Racing NZ Board has therefore resolved to fill the vacancy left by Darcy for the balance of his term. I am pleased to announce that Peter Dallimore has joined the Canoe Racing NZ Board to fill Darcy’s vacancy.

Peter has over 25 years of brand and marketing experience. He is currently the Marketing Manager for OCG Recruitment and has worked for several large companies including Pizza Hutt, Cerebos and Carter Holt Harvey. He has also worked for several leading advertising agencies across a range of major brands.

Peter is currently a keen ocean ski paddler and the Vice Commodore of the Takapuna Boating Club. He has previously represented NZ at the World Waka Ama Championships and represented Auckland in Surf Life Saving and U21 Rugby.

We look forward to Peter’s valuable contribution to the sport and welcome him to the Canoe Racing NZ Board.
