To disable pop-up blocker:

1) Select "Turn Off Pop-up Blocker" from the Tools menu in Internet Explorer

2) If you are using Mozilla Firefox, make sure the "Block pop-up windows" option is unchecked (this is inside Options > Content as shown below)
