HIGH PERFORMANCE 

ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Canoe Racing New Zealand has an enviable history of Olympic success in sprint kayaking and anticipates strong performance in future Olympic games and world championships. Our focus on continued long-term success in the international arena, means we are looking for someone to join our team and lead our High Performance Athlete Development Programme.

Reporting to the High Performance Director, you will be a member of the High Performance team and be supported by world class development and leadership programmes through High Performance Sport New Zealand. (see hpsnz.org.nz).

We are looking for someone who is driven to achieve results and whose values align with our own. You must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills and have a track record of building effective working relationships. You will be able to make a meaningful contribution that continuously reviews and refines the High Performance Athlete Development plan, and be fully committed to leading and implementing it to ensure athletes are progressing.
