After the CRNZ Blue Lakes 2 Sprint Regatta on 3-4 December 2011 the Selection Panel will be considering athletes for selection to attend the Oceania Championships 2-4 March 2012 in Sydney Australia. The selection announcement will be made on or before 20 December 2011.

One of the eligibility requirements for selection is that each athlete must have completed an Athlete Application Form for each age group they wish to be considered for i.e. Open, U23 and Junior.

In accordance with the Canoe Sprint - Kayak Selection Regulation for the National Squad & Teams (Open) (2012 Season) Clause 3.1b - the date that the Athlete Application Form must be signed and returned to CRNZ is now specified as 5pm Friday 9 December 2011.

In accordance with the Canoe Sprint - Kayak Selection Regulation for U23 Teams (2012 Season) Clause 3.1c - the date that the Athlete Application Form must be signed and returned to CRNZ is now specified as 5pm Friday 9 December 2011.

In accordance with the Canoe Sprint - Kayak Selection Regulation for Junior Teams (2012 Season) Clause 3.1c - the date that the Athlete Application Form must be signed and returned to CRNZ is now specified as 5pm Friday 9 December 2011.

The athlete application forms can be found at the end of the applicable Selection Regulation. If an athlete is under 18 years old a parent or guardian must also sign the Conditions form on the page following the Application Form.

Completed Athlete Application Form(s) should be forwarded to Debbie Keymer-Dixon by the due date as follows:
